• Costa Viola

  The stretch of Tyrrhenian coast between Palmi, Seminara, Bagnara Calabra, Scilla and Villa San Giovanni, with the violet reflections that give it its name. Beaches between headlands, the fishing village of Chianalea, the Ruffo Castle in Scilla, and the Tonnara and Monte Sant'Elia in Palmi.

• Gioia Tauro Plain

  The great plain of centuries-old olive groves between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the slopes of the Aspromonte: Gioia Tauro, Rosarno, Palmi, Polistena, Cittanova, Taurianova and the neighbouring towns. Agriculture, traditions and inland villages, with one of the most important ports in the Mediterranean.

• Aspromonte

  The massif at the southern tip of the Apennines, heart of the Aspromonte National Park: trails, waterfalls, beech forests and villages such as Sant'Eufemia and Delianuova, with views stretching from the Tyrrhenian to the Ionian Sea.

• Strait & Reggio

  Reggio Calabria and the Strait area facing Sicily: the Falcomatà seafront, the Riace Bronzes at the National Archaeological Museum and the optical phenomenon of the Fata Morgana.

• Coast of the Gods

  The stretch of coast in the Vibo Valentia area between Pizzo, Tropea and Capo Vaticano: white beaches, crystal-clear sea, the Piedigrotta sanctuary and cliff-top villages among the most famous in Calabria.
