From August 11 to 14, 2026, Piazza Trunca will host the Trunca Etno Fest, an event that brings together entertainment, music, and local traditions. Four events will tell the story of a community through local talent, traditional instruments, commemorative moments, and culinary traditions. On Tuesday, August 11, Trunca Fashion Day kicks off the program with an evening dedicated to fashion, creativity, and entertainment, curated by Antonio Sapone. On Wednesday, August 12, “Dipende di Te” honors Nino Paviglianiti in the fifth edition of the memorial dedicated to him. Music becomes the chosen language to preserve his memory and share what he left behind for the community.
Event details
On Thursday, August 13, the Peppe Sapone Trio will join guests and local traditional musicians. The concert will bring folk sounds and expressions of the local musical culture to the stage. On Friday, August 14, Parafoné will perform at the closing night and the 23rd edition of “Salsicciata in Piazza,” one of the most anticipated events on Trunca’s summer calendar.
