The Zen Circus come to Calabria on Wednesday 12 August 2026 for Day 2 of Color Fest 14, on the Falcone e Borsellino seafront, the Riviera dei Tramonti in Lamezia Terme. It's the only Calabrian date for the band from Pisa, one of the most beloved and long-standing names in Italian independent rock, for a night of raw energy and sharp lyrics by the sea.
Formed in Pisa in 1994, The Zen Circus — Andrea Appino, Karim Qqru and Massimiliano "Ufo" Schiavelli — have built one of the most solid catalogues on the Italian alternative scene over more than thirty years. With albums such as "Andate tutti affanculo", "Canzoni contro la natura" and "Il fuoco in una stanza", and over a thousand concerts behind them, they have become a cult band that speaks to several generations, blending irony, poetry and a rebellious spirit.
On the Riviera dei Tramonti stage they bring their direct, engaging rock, made of biting lyrics and a unique bond with the audience. Concerts on the beach, between pine forest and sea, with free parking and camping. An unmissable event for lovers of Italian songwriting rock and Calabrian summer nights.
