Publish your business on the portal
Put your business, your holiday home or your event in front of the travellers looking for authentic Calabria. Publishing is free and you do it all yourself: sign up, prepare your text and photos, and add your content straight from the portal. The team takes care of reviewing and publishing.
How it works
- Sign up — Create your own account in just a few minutes: with email and password, or with Google or Apple. It's free.
- Log in — Access your personal area from the portal.
- Add your content — Add your business or event yourself, straight from the portal, by following this guide.
- Review and publishing — The team checks your content and publishes it on the portal.
What you always need
A few things apply to any kind of content: language, photos and contact details.
Contact details and consent
- The contact details you want to show (phone, email, website, social).
- Confirmation of your consent to publish the information provided.
Photos
- From 4 to 10 good-quality photos (for homes, aim closer to the maximum).
- Preferably landscape and high-resolution (long side ≥ 1600 px).
- JPG or PNG format, with no text, watermarks or logos overlaid.
- Point out the cover photo (the first one people see when they open your listing).
Languages
The portal is multilingual. Italian is required; translations are optional and we add them once you have them — handy for reaching international travellers.
If you have a business
Restaurant, bar, shop, beach club, service… here's what you need.
- Business name
- Category — pick one from the list below
- Reference municipality — within the Piana di Gioia Tauro / Costa Viola area
- Description — what you offer and what makes you special, even just 2-3 sentences
- Address and location on the map — the address alone is fine: we'll drop the pin for you
- Contacts — phone, email, website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram
- Opening hours — for each day of the week
- Photos — see the specs above
If you have a place to rent
For accommodation you'll need a few more details: capacity, price and the CIN code.
Before you start: to publish accommodation, request to become a host from your personal area. Once the team approves, you'll be able to add your holiday homes with the details below.
- Listing title — e.g. "Seafront apartment in Taureana"
- Property description
- Location — area or descriptive address, e.g. "Historic centre of Palmi, 5 min from the sea"
- Price per night (in €)
- Maximum guests, number of bedrooms and bathrooms — private and/or shared
- Beds — how many doubles, singles and sofa beds
- CIN — National Identification Code
- Amenities and facilities — Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, kitchen, washing machine, pets allowed…
- Paid extra services — final cleaning, breakfast, transfer… along with the price
- Booking rules — check-in/out, minimum/maximum advance notice, instant booking yes/no
- Unavailable periods — dates you already know are booked
- Photos — more photos = more bookings
If you're organising an event
Food festival, concert, market, hike… you can add it yourself straight from the portal once you've logged in.
Once you've logged in, go to Events → Propose an event and fill in the form. Your event will be reviewed and published by the team.
- Event title
- Start date
- Your name and contact email — in case we need to check anything
- Short description — what happens and who it's for
- Category — pick one from the list below
- Venue / location and municipality
- End date — if the event lasts several days
- Link — official website, tickets page, Facebook…
- Photos
In summary
You sign up and add your content yourself from the portal: businesses and events you add right away, while for holiday homes you just need to request host access first. Prepare your text (in Italian, plus translations if you have them), photos and contact details — and, for accommodation, capacity, price and CIN. The team takes care of reviewing and publishing.
