The Pruna di Frati, a product of excellence from Terranova Sappo Minulio recognised as a Slow Food Praesidium, takes centre stage once again with the fourth edition of “Pruna di Frati - Show Cooking”, an event celebrating one of the region’s most iconic products through an experience dedicated to gastronomy and the promotion of local produce. The event is scheduled for Friday, 7 August 2026, at 8.00 pm, with an evening led by chef Filippo Cogliandro, who will present a show cooking session designed to showcase the versatility of the Pruna di Frati through creative dishes that blend tradition and innovation.
Event details
New for the 2026 edition will be "Food Pairing", an in-depth exploration of the combinations of flavours, aromas and local produce, to discover how the science of taste can best showcase this local speciality. The event has limited capacity and will be available by booking only.
