One of the most iconic events of the summer in the Vibo Valentia area, the Brattirò Wine Festival revives a tradition that has for decades celebrated the bond between the local area, rural culture and a spirit of conviviality. On Monday, 10 August, the village of Brattirò, a hamlet of Drapia, welcomes residents and visitors for an evening dedicated to the authentic flavours of the Costa degli Dei. The star of the show is the local wine, which is an expression of a deeply rooted winemaking tradition that has been passed down through the generations.
Event details
Alongside the wine tastings, there will be food stalls offering typical Calabrian specialities, providing an experience that showcases local products, recipes and traditions. Folk music and entertainment will also enliven the evening, creating a festive atmosphere and transforming the village streets into places for meeting and sharing.
