On 21 August 2026, Casignana will become a source of inspiration for artists and enthusiasts with the first edition of the "I Colori del Borgo" Art Prize, an on-the-spot painting competition organised by Pro Loco Casignana under the patronage of the local council. The initiative has been launched to promote the area’s landscape, historical and cultural heritage through art. The theme chosen for this first edition is "The landscape and cultural views of the area": participants will be able to interpret the places, architecture and atmosphere of Casignana through their own artistic style.

Event details

The competition will take place in Piazza XXI Settembre from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and is open free of charge to artists of all ages. The works created will be exhibited in the square itself and assessed by a judging panel. To take part, you must register by 18 August 2026 by sending the entry form and proof of identity to the email address provided or by contacting the Pro Loco office in Casignana.
