On 20 August 2026, at 8.30 pm, Siderno’s Lungomare Sud will host “Dancing in the Blue”, an event dedicated to dance as part of the “Immersi nel Blu” programme. At the Rotonda San Francesco, three local dance companies will take turns performing, each with its own repertoire and a distinct interpretation of movement: Sulle Punte, directed by Rosa Elena Rossetti; Danza Dionysos, directed by Ivana Sanci; and La Danza, directed by Teresa Catanzariti.
Event details
The performances will span different genres and themes, featuring choreography inspired by The Carmen and Alice in Wonderland, performances set to the music of Bruno Mars, and forays into 1980s and 1990s disco dance.
